Sabro Bed and Breakfast

On a large lovely plot in 8471 Sabro, close to the E45 motorway is this beautiful little house from the 1970s, secluded from the other buildings on the plot. The house has its own driveway, its own parking, and its own entrance as well as access to its own garden and courtyard area which is only used by the tenants of this house and which is otherwise naturally separated from the rest of the plot by trees and shrubs. Outside there is a garden table and chairs as well as in the summer a Weber grill (charcoal) for free use, just as the house contains WiFi, and a 40 inch flat screen TV. The house is heated with electricity and solar allergy.

When you open the door, you stand in the hallway. Here is a coat rack for your jacket and shoe parking for your shoes. Continue straight out and you enter the living room. Here you will find a black corner leather sofa, coffee table and new blackout blinds, as well as pillows and blankets for a really cozy evening or a nap on the sofa. As described, there is both TV and WiFi in the house and you should be welcome to use everything as you wish. If you have a child or children with you, we have the opportunity to put puzzles, lego and other toys forward, by appointment.

In the extension of the living room you will find the kitchen. Here you will find a new fridge-freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle and a new ceramic hob with convection oven, as well as a functional Retro kitchen from the 70s with everything your heart desires for kitchen equipment for a well-prepared dinner. You can use everything in the cupboards, from spaghetti, coffee, cocoa and tealights to flour, sugar and olive oil, just as the jars on the shelves are there for the same use. All we ask is that you do your dishes yourself before you travel. There is also a dining table that seats 4 people. If there are several of you, chairs can be put forward, just as we also have a high chair for a child.

At the other end of the living room is the door to a walk-through room where there are 2 single beds (90x200 cm) with a semi-hard mattress and freshly laundered freshly ironed bedding.

The rooms you do not rent, we lock off during your visit. By appointment, a cot can be set up with bedding, duvet, pillow, etc. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, toilet paper, etc. included in the price for the number of people agreed in advance.

The house is close to Motorway E45 at exit 47 / Tilst, from where it is easy to get to both Aarhus, Vejle, Ålborg and Herning just as it is easy to get to Fårup Sommerland, Legoland, Giveskud Dyrepark, Tivoli Friheden, Kattegatcentret etc.

In Sabro, there are shopping opportunities in the form of Rema1000 and DagligBrugsen, just as there are two pizzerias that are both members of Hungry.dk and Just-Eat.dk (and therefore deliver food). Approx. 300 meters from the house there is a large playground for children, football field and a nature playground with animals that can be fed.

The house is a NON-SMOKING house, but it is of course allowed to smoke outside, everything you want, as long as you remember to use the ashtray.

As it is important to us that the house always appears clean and tidy to our guests, we have chosen to add a cleaning fee of 250 DKK regardless of length of stay and regardless of the number of guests.
